Returns Policy

At Ciao Bella X, we check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before dispatching them to you.

Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made.

If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping address details please email us ASAP at

ciaobellaxinfo@gmail.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

Returns

If you would like to return any full priced purchased item, with the tags still attached and the item has not been worn or washed, no damage, no makeup marks/ dirt or no fragrance scents and is in original condition with the receipt then we are happy to offer a Store Credit. All returns must be returned to us within 7 days upon you receiving your order (international orders within 14 days of your purchase date) 

Please contact us immediately if you would like to return your item and we can discuss with you and send via email you a Returns Form to print out. Or you can click the link 'Returns Form' at the bottom of the Home page to print out to send with item.

We can give you a store credit once we receive your returned item with the returns form under the conditions.  All Store Credits have are to be used within 3 months from the issue date. Contact us via email : ciaobellaxinfo@gmail.com

We regret that Ciao bella X is unable to refund any shipping costs under any circumstance.

Afterpay

If you wish to return your item, send back to us as you would for a 'General Return'. Once we receive the item/s and have accepted your return, Afterpay will be notified by Ciao Bella X and all future payments for that order will be cancelled. If you have already made one or more payments, the instalments paid will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order. Once Ciao Bella X has notified Afterpay, they will process the refund immediately and send you an email to confirm that the refund has been applied. The bank may take 5-7 business days to process this amount.

Please note, you will be liable for all payment amounts until Afterpay receives confirmation from Ciao Bella X that a return has been accepted. For more info https://help.afterpay.com/hc/en-au

 

 

Please note due to the high demand for our products, we are unable to hold sizes for exchange.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, this will be closely revised before we can provide a full refund or exchange. 

After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. If the item has been worn, or damaged (including marked /dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund or exchange. 

 

When returning items, please enclose:

  • Return Form with your order number, contact details and the reason for return etc.
  • Item is in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact
  • Returned within 7 days from date of purchase receipt (14 days for International orders).
  • Items must not have been worn, damaged or washed.
  • Items must not have make up marks 
  • Items must not have fragrance or any kind of scent
  • Items must be returned via express post or another trackable method and shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

Returned products will be assessed and you will be notified if your return has been accepted then be issued with a Store Credit voucher via email to use within 3 months after issue date.

Please Note:

Sale items - All sale items are final, sorry there is No exchange, returns or refunds. 

Earrings - All earrings are final due to sanitary reasons sorry there is No exchange, returns or refunds.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of size. Ciao Bella X is happy to help you out with a refund if the product you have purchased has a manufacturing fault. Once we have received your returned item, revised and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus the original shipping charges and duties paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified via email once your refund has been cleared. We always check all items before they are sent but in the rare case that items are damaged or faulty due to manufacturing please contact us via email at info@ciaobellax.com.au immediately within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt (14 days for International orders) to arrange a refund or store credit. 

We are very sorry if the items you looked forward to receiving have arrived damaged. We do our best to pack them safely, but even the most lovingly prepared parcel can get dropped or jostled en-route to your house. If you send these products back to us within 7 days of receiving them (14 days for international orders), we will offer you an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we have received the return. In this case, we will pay for the postage of sending these items back to us.

Our Sizing chart guide is an estimate as to what to purchase as styles and cuts do vary between items. Please note that we do stock various brands/labels on our online store Ciao Bella X all of which do follow the standard size chart. However there may be variations in sizing when comparing labels. We will do our best to advise through Social Media and in the product description in regards to a particular smaller or a larger fit.

Ciao Bella X caters for sizes AUS 6 - AUS 14. The size chart provided on our website should be used as a guideline only. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Sizes indicated on our size chart are AUS/NZ sizing.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the items that appear on our website. However as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the item on delivery.
